Living in a voluntary HOA has many benefits, including neighborhood beautification, safety, social events, and other community-related concerns to help strengthen our sense of community and togetherness.

We're excited to announce our upcoming Halloween Decorating Contest! Get ready to showcase your creativity, have fun, and connect with your neighbors.

 

Contest Details:

• Judges will drive the neighborhood to view decorated homes on Sunday, October 27th, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Winners will be announced on Monday, October 28th. (If you did not get an Evite text or email, we may not have your correct contact information. If you would like to join our mailing list, please send us an email to mesapvhoa@gmail.com. Please include your name and address. Phone number is optional.)

• Five winning homes will be selected in the following categories: Most Creative, Most Technical, Spookiest, Most Playful, and Best Overall.

 

Prizes:

• Each winner will receive a $30 Target gift card and recognition from the HOA for their fantastic decorations!

• You must be a dues-paying member of our voluntary HOA to be eligible to win.

Each resident/owner is entitled to membership in the Mesa Palos Verdes HOA, but only residents who pay annual dues qualify as voting members at the annual meeting. Over the years, dues have helped pay for ongoing entrance beautification and working with the city on co-funded projects. We appreciate your support!
